Abstract:Invieoftearactersticsofpersistentoranicolutantsicharedicultoedgaded,thispaperadoptsscho matographymasspectrometry(GC-MS)technolgyAfterpreparingtheisrumentandreagent,tewatersapleaspretreatedbysolidphaseextractiontoerichthematrixTen,tewatersampleswereseparatedandetecedbyGC-MSevice,anddiferentgasch matographicanalysisconditionserestocompletethesamplepreparationTemorphologyandspectrumofthepolutantswereharac terized.Thefluorescencereactionwastestedandtherecoverywascalculated.TheanalysisresultsshowedthattheGC-MStechology couldaccuratelyharacterizethemorphologyofthepllutantsThepolutantsproducedrapidfluorescenteaction,ndtherecoeryate wasgoodintheulticoncentrationethanolevironment.Tecompreensiveoutputofteultiindexanalysisprossowsthatheuse of GC-MS technology to analyze persistent organic pollutants has practical application.
