Characteristics and Management Countermeasures of Inter-provincial Transfer of Hazardous Wastes in Shanghai

Abstract：Thetransprovincialtransferooperationofhazardouswasteutlationanddisposalisonducivetothehighqualityde velopmentofteindustryuttegltorypresurecanotbgordhisapealystearacteristsandhangfad ouswastetransprovincialransferinShngaifrom219to2O23throughfourdimensionsofcategories，fors，treatmentmethodsand flowdirectionsofhazardouswastetransprovincialtransfer.Theresultsshowthattheransprovincialtransfervolumeshowsanoverallupward trend，reaching 34O OOO tons in 2O23，with an average annual growth rate of about 6.5% ．The average proportions of solid， liquid and semi-solid were 72.7% ， 22.7% and 4.6% ，respectively. The treatment methods were mainly utilization and supplemented by disposal，accounting for 79.3% and 20.7% respectively.The top five provinces and cities received 313 OOO tons，accounting for 92.1% of thetransprovincialtransfervolumeinthecurentyearHazardouswastesaremainlytransferredinshortdistanceacrossprovinces，and theproportionoflongdistancetransferhasdecreasedsignificantlyAttesameime，themanagementcountermeasuresofsrengthening theconstructioofupprtapacitytregthngtskpevetiodontroloftrasprovcialtasfendegtgetra provincialtranseroperationyassifaonereputforardindrtprovideferenceformprovingeagementolicyf transprovincial transfer of hazardous waste in Shanghai.
