AbstractObjective：TotranslatetheNightimeColaborationDificultiesbetweenNursesandPhysiciansforNurses（NCDNP-N）into Chineseandtotestitsreliabitandvalidity.Methods：FolowingBrislin'stranslationmodel，theoriginalEnglishcaleunderwent forward ranslatioacaslationdoraldtaiofetsteseesiofte-dA conveniencesampleof448nurseswasselectedtoevaluatetescale'srelbilityandvalidiy.Results：heCneseversionoftheNDP-N showedtheitem-levelcontentvalidityindex（I-CVI）rangingfroO.83to1.O0，andthescale-levelcontentvalidityindex（S-CV/Aveof 0.98.Exploratoryfacoraalisetractedtecommonfactositgenvaluesgreaterthan1amely"bariestohtsifthadoe， "disatisfactionwithnightshiftphysicians’behaviors"，and"burdenofcolaborationwithightshiftphysicians"，whichcumulatiely accounted for 85.749% of the total variance.Confirmatory factor analysis results indicated a good model fit.The scale's Cronbach's α coefcientwas.917，split-halfreliabilitywasO.812，andtestretestreliabiltywasO.886.Conclusions：TheChineseversioofthe NCDNP-NdemonstratesgoodreliabilityandvalidityAnditcanbeusedtomeasurethelevelofnighimecolaboratioifilties between nurses and physicians in China.
