AbstractObjective：ToanalyzethecharacterisicsoftheBraden ScaleusingtheRaschmodelandtoevaluateitsapplicabilityin criticallyillIDpatints，stproideeferecefodeveloingBadeSaleiovealldltyvelthataligihte actualconditionsofriticallyillIDpatients.Methods：Acossectionalsurvywaconductedivolving4criticallillI patientsfromthesecond intensivecareunitof Chengdu Public Health Clinical Medical Center.TheBraden Scalewasused for assessment，andthemeasurementresultswereanalyzedusingtheRaschmodel.Results：ThepersonreliabiltoftheBradenScalewas 0.70，the item reliability was O.99，and the internal consistency was O.838.The Rasch score explained 27% of the variance，with the first componentstandardizedresidualeigenvaluebeing1.6.TheBradenScaleitemswereindependent，demonstratinggodunidimensionality andntealfitifitMNSQrange：0.58-1.3）.owever，th"sesorypereptio"iteshowdpoorfiiththeRashmodelutftQ ∘eq 2.37）.Thedificultygradientsanddiferencesbetweentheoptionsof theBraden Scaleitems wereuneven.Conclusions：TheBraden Scaleisauidsaltolodelbilitowesoveltveselliabiliialy illAIDSatients.Iisecommendedtoapropriatelyduethdicltyofertainitsndjusthedifultyadntsbetwen itemtoensureunifodifcultydierences，therebyimprovingtheapplicablitoftheBradenScaleincriticallillAIDSptients.
