AbstractObjectie：Tosstematicallvieeesearchtusotspots，fontie，ddvelopmetrendsintfeldofdrlye servicepersonneltrainingbothbasedonbiblometricmethods，providingtheoreticalsupportandpracticalreferencesforthelocalized constructionandhighqualtydevelopmentofChina'selderlycareservicepersonnelrainingsystem.Methods：UsingtheWebofScience corecollectionand CNKI（China NationalKnowledgeInfrastructure）asdata sources，relevantliteraturepublishedfromJanuary 1，1999 to May26，2025wasretrieved.Atotalof147validdocuments（394English，753Chinese）werevsuallanalyzedusing CiteSpace6.4R1 softwareTisiudedalsoftmpoalracterstiofpubavtdisitutoalboatioetosel as comparative studies of keyword co-occurrence，clustering（all Q values >0.3 ，allSvalues >0.7 ），timeline dynamic evolution，and keywordbursts.Results：Chineseliteraturepublicationvolumeshowedasignificantgrowth trendinthepastdecade（reaching9Oarticlesin 2024），whileEnglishliteraturepublicatiovolumestabilizedafterOo（peakingat38articlesinO21）.Coreissesidentifiedinboth ChineseandEnglishliteratureincludethreeaspects：researchsubjects werepredminantlyfocusedonnursing，withinsuficentaetin paidtomultidiscipliarytalentssuchascinicalmedicieandrhabilitationtrapy;uthoradinstitutioalcollborationnetwoksere looe，andamedalducailbatioodeladotteenfodsigtgioalspriisted，ithac activityindevelopedcountriesandChinasfistercities.HotspotcomparisonsrevealedthatChineseliteraturefocusesontheegation ofmedicalandderlyaredustryduationintegationartlderlyardpocdnpersoelteamdingreasli literatureemphasizedlong-termcare，endof lfecare，dvancecareplaning，andservicequalityassessment.Conclusions：Taining personelforederlyaresrvicesisacrucialinkindressngpopulationaging.TediferencsandfrontiertrendsinChieand Englishliteratureeveaedbyissudycaproideimportaterenesforinatoildalocalzed，ultidisipliarynddical educationallintegatedderlyaepersoeltaingsstethebfilitatigteigqualityevelopmentofderlyaei.
