AbstractObjective：To translate the Patient Readiness for Shared Decision-Making Questionnaire（Ready SDM ） into Chinese and to test itsreliabilitandvalityamongcancerpatientsinChina.Methods：Aresearchteamwasformed.Thoriginalquestionaireunderwent forwardtranaicioltaddgtssoeli Chinese versionoftheReady.Asurveywasconductedamong 383cancerpatientsfromatertiaryhospitali Zhengzhoutoevaluatethe reliabiltyandValidityoftheChineseversionoftheReadyMResults：Exploratoryfactoranalysisextractedfourcommonfactors， explaining 70.063% of the total variance.Confirmatory factor analysis indicated a good modelft.The finalized Chinese version of the ReadysDcomprises18 items acrossfour dimensions：Informationon Treatment Options，Communicationwith Healthcare Providers， FeelingsandExpriencsitDecisionMakingroce，andDecision-MakingrefereesandWilingnssTeit-evelotet validityindexrangedfro.875toondtesale-evecontentvalidityindexas.98.TeoverallCronbach'sofcietfor thequestionnairewasO.927，andthesplit-halfreliabilitycoeficientwasO8O9.Conclusions：TheChineseversionoftheReadyM demonstratesdblitiitydacticalityItiableostassfoecisai cancer patients and can serve as an effective tool to advance shared decision-making practices in clinical settings.
