AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatetheimpactofcomprehensivenursinginterventiononpostoperativeblood glucoselevelsand complicationratesinpatientsithdabeticcataract.Methods：242patientswithdabeticcataractwererandomlydividedintoacontrol groupandanobservationgroup，with121patients ineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutinenursingcare，whiletheobservation groupreceivedtargetedcomprehensivenursingintervetioninadditiontooutinecare.Theincidenceofpostoperativecomplicationswas compared between the two groups.Results：The postoperative blood glucose control rate in the observation group （84.30% ）was higher than that in the control group （73.60% ），the complication rate （4.1% ）was lower than that in the control group （19.0% ），and the satisfaction rate （96.69% ）was higher than that in the control group （73.55% ）.The differences were statistically significant（ .P<0.05 ）. Conclusions： Theaplicationofcomprehensive nursinginterventioninpatients withdabeticcataracthelpsstabilizepatients’bloodglucoselevels， reduces the incidence of postoperative complications，and improves patient satisfaction.
