AbstractObjective：Toexplorethegroupcharacteristicsofmedicalstaffwithoupationalexposureindfrentpositionsofpublic hospitalsandcompare theirdiferences.Methods：Aretrospectiveanalysiswasconductedontheoccupational exposuredatareported by 637 medicalstafom4publichospitals in2districts（Jiangsuprovinceand XinjangProductionandConstructionCorps）fromJanuary1， 2018，toDecember31，2022Aportrait studyascariedoutfromthedimensionsofsociodemographiccharacteriticsandocpational exposurecharacteristis.CooccurrenceanalysisandApriorialgorithmwereused toexplorethestrongcorreltioncharacteristsand mapthe portraits.Results：Theannual numberof reported ocupational exposure cases among medical staffwas139.0（109.0， 140.0）.Cooureaalissodthatreee-igesityurrecefcosfoctorsrsetadarddtraing inters，ndlgistisstaffFodctors，thoccueeitesiyeten"xpoureduringratio"ndstadaddso"as thehighest;fothops，toceeitesiytweearpstrumntijundandsexposuite"st Association rule analysis yielded a total of 75 rules（confidence -1.00，lift L= 1.529-14.108），among which there were 2，42，27 ，and 4 rulesstrongladisddddlasieltace thatthecommoncharacterisisofmedicalstaffinallpositiosweresarpistrumentijuryandasteexposuresite，ndaddied disposal;theheterogeeosaracteristisereflectedigegederxpourelocatioxpoureiigndexposureour.

Conclusions：Terearediferenesineypopulatiosandtypicalcharacteristicsofedicalstaffithoccupatioalexposueifere positions.Analyzingandcomparingtheir groupcharacteristicscould providereferences foroccupationalsafetyand protectionwork.
