湖北省542名儿童重症监护病房护士感知医护人际交换的潜在剖面分析及影响因素

AbstractObjective:Toexplorethecurentstatusandlatentprofilesofnurses'perceptionofinterpersonalexchangecommunicationin thepediatricintesivecareunitCUandtoaaleitsifluencigfactors.MethodsFromecember24touarytid sampling methodwasusedtoselect542PICUnursesfrom15Grade-Atertiaryhospitalsin13regionsofHubeiprovinceasthersearch subjects.Ageneralinformationquestioaire,theNursesPerceptionofInterpersonalExchangeCommunicationQuestioaire,te InformationCompetenceScale,andtheProfessonal QualityofLifeScalewereusedforinvestigation.Thelatentprofilesof nurses perceptionofinterpersonalexchangecommunicationandtheiflueningfactorsofdiferentprofileswereanalyzed.Results:Thescoreof nurses' perception of interpersonal exchange communication in Hubei province was 76.31±12.68 ),whichwas at a moderately high level. Theperceivedurse-physicianinterpersonal exchangeofPICU nursescouldbedivided into3latentprofiles:low-perception type (11.07% ),medium-perception ty pe(42.25% ),and high-perception type (46.68% ).Logistic regression analysis showed that compared with thelow-perceptiontype,nurses withhigherinformationcompetence,,nocompassionfatigue,ormildcompasionfatiguehadahigher probability of belonging to the medium-perception type and high-perception type (P<0.05) .Conclusions:The PICU nurses'perception of interpersonalexchangecommunicationinHubeiprovinceisatamoderatelyhighlevel.ThereisgroupheterogeneityNursingmanagers shouldidetifytechracteristicsofursesineachprofileatanarlystagnddoptargetedmanagementstrategiestoimproethelevel of perception of interpersonal exchange communication and the quality of team interaction among PICU nurses.
