AbstractObjective：Toexplorethdiferencesinthealicationofinterviewmethodamonggroundedtheoryresearch，phenoeolgical research，and Q methodology in nursingqualitative research，soas to improve nursing researchers’ability to distinguish these three methodsandprovideeferencesfomethodelectio.Metods：Fromteprspetieoftheiterviemetodstematicltioad comparativeanalysiswereconductedonthediferenesamonggroundedteoryesearch，henomenolgicalresearch，ndQmthodologyn fiveaspectsacatiooteepleletioataclooentalysisdsultpseatioults：eee significantdiferencesininterviewstrategiesamongthethreemethods.Groundedtheoryemphasizestheorygenerationandadopts theoreticalsamplingandconstantcomparativeanalysis;phenomenologyfocusesontheesenceoflifeexperience，withanempasison in-depthdescriptionandthemeeraction;Qmethodologyintegratesqualiativeandqantitativemethodstovealsubjectivtructures throughtatementsortingandfactoranalysisEachmethodasisownfocusinsampleselectiondataprocssngdresultepion， andshouldbeselectedreasonablyacordingtotheresearchquestion.Conclusions：Nursingresearchersshouldaccuratelygraspthe methodologicaldierensineplicationofteiethodmonggroudedoryenomeolgicalesearch，ndQthoolog andselectappropriatemethodsacordingtotheresearchpurpose.Thiswillhelpimprovethescientificityandrigorofresearchand promote the standardized application of qualitative research in the field of nursing.
