AbstractObjective:Toclarifytheconceptualconnotationofplantbaseddietsandtoprovidetheoretical guidanceforresearchand practiceelatedtplantbaseddietsMethods:Literaturerelatedtoplantbaseddietsersystematicallsearchedidatabasesincuding CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM,PubMed,EMbase,WebofScience,and Scopus,withthesearch periodranging fromtheinceptionof eachdatabasetoDecember3O,024.Conceptanalysisofplant-baseddietswasperformedaccordingtotheWalkerandAvantethod. Results:Atotaof4articesereicdedPlantasddietsecompassteedgaributs:primarfodourseingplantbsed, diversefoodchoices,ndpotentialrestrictionorexclusionofanialproducts.Antecedentsincudepersoalfactors,ocialfactosand economicfactors;consequencesicludeealthbenefitsotentialealthisksandevironmentalimpacts.onclusions:Thoeptal attributesofplantbaseddietswereclarifiedthroughconceptanalysis.Futureresearchshouldfocusonthepositiveimpactsofplantbased dietstoehancepublicacceptanceandconductmoresystematicandindepthstudiesonpersoalizedintervetiosfoplantbaseddiets.
