我国护理学专业本科生职业认同量表的常模构建

AbstractObjective:ToestablishnorsfortheProfesional IdentityScaleofnursingundergraduatesinChina.Methods:Usingthe ProfesionalIdentityScalefursngsudentsasesesetol,ratifdcsterpgmetodaadotedtsur260 fulltime nursingundergraduatesfrom46universitiesacross23provinces inChina inMay2O24.Themeannorm,percentilenorm, demarcationnorm,andclasificationnormforthescaleweredeveloed.Results:Theoverallmeanscoreofprofessonal identityamong nursing undergraduates wa s(3.709±0.618) ,with dimension scores as follows: professional value(3.516±O.68o),professional cognition (4.030 ± 0.639),and professional status 3.583±0.870) .A mean norm combining gender and grade was constructed.Percentile norms were established at 5% intervals.Using thenormal distribution method,cutof standards forprofessional identitylevels were determined and categorizedintotreegrades:o""medm"and"gh".Classficationnoswerealsoevelopedbasedoshooltyphethsudents wereadmitedviaprogramadjustment,placeoforigin,andwhethertheyereonlychildren.Concusions:Theestablishedoforte ProfesioalIdentityScaleofnursingundergraduates in Chinacanserveasreferenceforevaluatingteprofesioalidentitylevelsof nursing undergraduates.
