AbstractObjective：TodevelopandvalidatetheSexualHealthNedsScaleforPatientswithGynecologicMalignancies.Methods： Undertheguidanceofthesexualhealthmodelforcancerpatients，theitialsalewasdevelopedthroughliteraturereview，uaitative research，expertcosulationdogitiveiteves.Atotalof6atintsitholicaliganciesfoatertiarialin HubeiProvince weresurveyed between SeptemberandDecember2O24toassessthereliblityandvalidityofthescale.Results： Exploratory factor analysis extracted four common factorswith eigenvalues >1 ，witha cumulative variance contribution rate of 67.546% ThformedSexualHealthNedsScaleforPatientswithGynecologic Malignancies includedfourdimensions：psychosexualhealthneds， partnerrelatioalalthds，icalealalthds，ndoiocltualuppordsomprsingtotalofitfto factoranalysisidicatedgoodmodelfit.Thecontentvalidityindex（CVI）ofthescalewasO989，withite-lvelCVIsangingfro82 to 1.00o.The overall Cronbach's α coefficient was O.889，split-half reliability was O.813，and test-retest reliabilitywas O.8O7.Conclusions： Thescaledemonstratesgoodreliabityandvaliitymakingitanfectivetolforassessngsexualhealthneeds inpatientswith gynecologic malignancies.
