Abstract:Aming attheproblems ofrelatively narrow particle size distributionand excessivefine particles ofthe final cementproducts in the finish-grinding processof roller,byanalyzing the cement grinding processflow,the mechanismsof particlebreakage and classificationwere investigated,and theresearch findings andapplicationtrends incementgrinding process modeling,parameter optimization,and process control bothat homeand abroad were summarized,and the feasibility of various research methods wasevaluated.Basedon the actual operating conditionsof cement grinding,an intellgentmodelingapproachthatintegratedconvolutional neural networks,longshort-term memorynetworks,andatetion mechanism wasproposed.Bycombining the model predictivecontrol strategy,the dynamic characteristics of the grindingsystem wereaccuratelydescribed,theoptimal controlof particlesizedistributioninthegrinding process was realized,therebyimproving thequalityof cement products and ensuring the stableand efficient operation ofthegrinding process.
