Abstract:To adress problems such as inconsistent site selection and redundant capacity configuration existing in the currentsiteselectionandcapacitydeterminationmethodswhen identifying thelocationsandcapacitiesofphotovoltaic systems,energy storage systems,and charging stations,a method forsite selectionand capacitydeterminationof a photovoltaic-storage-charging microgrids wasproposed.Byutilizing acharging station site selection methodbased oncharging demand prediction,the locations of charging stations inthedistribution network weredetermined,thealternativenodes for connecting the photovoltaic storage charging microgrids to the distribution network were identified,and the installable capacity of photovoltaic systems atthese alternative nodes wasspecified.The multi-objective optimization model forlocation selection of photovoltaic storage charging microgrids and capacity determination was established. The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm wasusedto solvethefeasible solutionsofthe model,which were takenasalternative schemes.The improved technique fororder preference by similarity toan ideal solution method wasused to select the optimalschemefromthe alternativeschemes,andtheoptimal scheme includes accessing location of photovoltaic-storagecharging microgrids,energystoragecapacity and energy storage powerof charging ordischarging.The effectivenessof the proposed site selectionand capacity determination method was verified by IEEE 33 node distribution network.The results showtha the proposed method takes the photovoltaic-storage-charging microgrids as a wholeforsite selection andcapacity determination,avoiding the problems of inconsistent location ofphotovoltaic power stations and charging stations andredundancy of energy storage capacity configuration caused by single equipment location.
