互锁结构离电式柔性压力传感器的制备及应用

Abstract:Toaddressthe problem thatitwas dificult to balance high sensitivityanda wide detection rangein flexible pressure sensors,a microdome interlocking structure was constructed byusingtemplate method,andaniontronic flexible pressure sensor withan interlocking structure wasdesigned and fabricated.Theresponse characteristicsof the designed sensortoapplied pressure were analyzed bycombining experiments with finite element analysis.Theresults show that the iontronic pressure sensor with an interlocking structure exhibits a sensitivity of 109.15kPa-1 within an exterally applied pressure range of 0-100kPa ,a response time and recovery time of 5.6ms ,as well as good repeatability and stable responseunder more than 4OOO loading cycles.Compared to traditional devices that exhibit either high sensitivity buta limited range or a widerange butlowsensitivity,the designed sensorachieves anoptimal balance between sensitivityand detectionrange.When atached to human jointareas such as fingers,wrists,elbowsand knees,thissensorcanaccurately sense various complex human movements and postural changes.
