工业园区废水回用超滤系统运行优化及膜污染机制

Abstract:Inresponsetothe problemof lackof popularizationof industrial park wastewaterreusetechnology,ultrafitrationsystemswereused totreat wastewaterfromacertainindustrialpark,andoperationaleficiencyof theultrafiltration systems was investigated. Taking average membrane flux and membrane flux decay rate as response values,operating conditions of the ultrafiltrationsystem wereoptimized byusing orthogonal experiments.Three dimensionalfluorescence spectrum was employed to analyze types of principal organic polutants removedby using the ultrafiltration systems.Membrane fouling mechanisms were analyzed through Hermia model fiting cake layer model,intermediate blocking model, standard blocking model,and completeblocking model.Theresults showthat optimal operating conditions of theultrafiltration systems are initial membrane flux of ( 58L(m2⋅h) ,aeration intensity of 1.0L/min ,and operation intermittent time ratio of 30min:4min . Under the optimal operating conditions,average reduction rates of turbidity and chemical oxygen demand of industrial park wastewater are 92.3% and 17.8% ,and average removal rates of total nitrogen and total phosphorus are 10.3% and 15.9% ,respectively. Main organic pollutants removed by using the ultrafiltration systems are tryptophan like protein in industrial park wastewater and tryptophanlike protein produced by microbial metabolism.Membrane foulingresistance is mainlyphysical reversible fouling resistance.The membranefouling mechanisms mainlyconform tocharac-teristisofintermediateblockingmodelwithregressioncoefcientofO.9963,andregessioncoffcietsoffit tingcakelayer model,standard blocking model,andcompleteblocking modelarealso greaterthanO.9.Itisindicated thatmembrane fouling caused byultrafiltration systems treatmentof industrial park wastewaterisnottheresultof asingle membrane fouling mechanism,but the result of synergistic efect of multiple membrane fouling mechanisms.
