Abstract:Inorder toreduce the influence offoundation excitationontheequipment,anovellever-typequasi-zero-sifnes vibrationisolatorwasproposed.Throughstaticanalysis,theexpressionsofnonlinearrestoringforceandstiffessof thesystem were derived,andthequasi-zerostiffessconditionatthestaticequilibrium position wasdetermined.Through the Lagrange equation,the dynamic equationof the system was established.Using the harmonic balance method,the absolute displacement transmissibilityexpressonwasobtained.Teinfluence mechanismofmassratio,leverageratio,stiffessratio,dampigrati anddisplacement excitationamplitudeonthedisplacementtransmisibilitycurveisanalyzed.Theresultsshowthatinthelow frequencyregion,bycomparingwiththetraditionalquasi-zero stifnessvibrationisolationsystemandthelinearvibration isolationsystem,thepeakvalueof theabsolutedisplacementtransmisibilitycurveofthenovellever-typequasi-zrosifness vibratinisolatorislower,theinitialvibrationisolationfrequencyratioissmallr,theefectivevibrationisolationrangeis wider,andthevibrationisolationefectisbeter.The novellever-typequasi-zerostiffessvibrationisolationsystemalsohas agoodvibrationisolation efectunderlargedisplacement excitation.Theresearchresultsprovideanewideafortheisolationof small amplitude low frequency or even ultra-low frequency vibration.
