大直径盾构隧道穿越对邻近地铁隧道影响的研究

Abstract:With the continuous developmentofurban undergroundspace,new tunnels inevitably pass throughexisting underground structuresatcloserange.Tothisend,basedonthebackgroundofthe SuzhouEastLarge Diameter Shield Tunel Underpass RailTransitLine5project,athree-dimensionalnumericalmodelwasestablishedthrough finiteelementsoftware to simulate the shield tunneling construction process,andthedeformation efectsof shield tunneling onexisting subwaytunnelsand groundsurfaces wereanalyzed.Basedonon-sitemeasurements,the causes of deformation in the surounding environment duringdiferentstagesoftunnel excavationwereexplored,andtargeteddeformationcontrolmeasureswereproposed.Theresults indicatethattunel excavation mainlycauses deformationof existing tunnels withintheoblique intersectionrange,withmaximum vertical displacementsof5.15mmand4.472mmfor existing tunelsandthegroundsurface,respectivelybothof whichare less than theengineeringrequirementof1Omm limit;The proportionof surfacesettlementand tunnel settlementcaused by shield tunneling is as high as 42.6% and 40.0% ,respectively,while the proportion of surface settlement and tunnel settlement during the later consolidation and stabilization stage is only 2.5% and 6,6% ,respectively. This study can provide some reference and guidance for similar projects.

在复杂城市环境中,新建隧道近距离下穿既有地铁隧道的情况日益增多,施工过程中易引起既有隧道结构的附加变形,严重时甚至威胁运营安全[1-2]如何有效控制既有隧道的变形,确保其稳定性和正常使用功能,成为隧道工程领域亟待解决的关键问题。(剩余6035字)
