Abstract:Toimprove theresistanceof traditional concrete tochloridesaltcorosion,ultrafinecomposite mineral powderwas prepared by mixing fly ash,blast furnace slag powder,and steel slag powder in a mass ratio of 2:5:3 .The influence of diferentultrafinecompositemineral powdersreplacingcementontheworkability,mechanical strength,andresistanceto chloridesaltcorosionofconcretewasanalyzed.Theresultsshowedthattheslumpincreasedwiththeincreaseof ultrafine composite mineral powder dosage,andthe 6O minute slump lossdecreased withthe increaseofdosage;Thecompressiveand flexuralstrengthshowatrendoffirstincreasingandthen decreasing withtheincreaseof ultrafinecompositemineral powder content,and the optimal content is 40% ;The diffusion coefficient of chloride ions decreases with the increase of ultrafine composite mineral powder content,and the decrease is no longer significant after the content exceeds 40% ;As the chloride corrosin cycle increases,the masslossrate increasesand therelative dynamic elastic modulus decreases.Theuseof ultrafine composite mineralpowder insteadofcementcanimprovetheconcrete’sresistance tochloridecorosion,withthestrongest resistance at a dosage of 40% .The research results can improve the mix design of chloride resistant concrete and provide reference for the engineering application of waste mineral materials.
