聚丙烯纤维增强再生粗骨料混凝土性能研究

Abstract:Toinvestigatetheefectsofflyash,silicafume,andpolypropylenefiber(PPF)onthemechanicalanddurability properties ofconcrete incorporating recycledcoarse agregate(RA),concrete specimens withvarying PPFandRAcontents were prepared. These specimens utilized 20% fly ash and 5% silica fume to replace cement at an equal mass ratio. Tests conducted includedcompressivestrength,spliting tensilestrength,waterabsorption,sulfateattackresistance,andnon-destructive strength evaluation.Theresultsshowedthatcompresiveand spliting tensile strengthdecreased withtheincreaseof RAdosage andincreased with theincreaseofPPFdosage,andthedopingofflyash,silicafume,andPPFcouldreduce thestrength loss causedbythedopingofRA;Waterabsorption,lossrateofcompresive strengthagainstsulfateerosion,andthedifferenceof non-destructive strength testing increased withthe increaseof RA dosage,and decreased with the increase of PPFdosage,and the difference between the volume fraction of PPF of 1.5% ,RA The performance of recycled coarse aggregate concrete with (20 1.5% PPF volume fraction and 50% RA dosage is better than that of natural aggregate concrete. The research results can provide theoretical basis for the practical application of recycled coarse aggregate concrete.
