矿物掺合料对机制砂混凝土性能影响的研究

Abstract:To enhance the performance and promote the applicationof manufactured sand concrete,this studyemployed single and composite incorporationofflyashandstel slag powder toinvestigate theeffectsofadmixturecontentonthe slump, compressive strength,and spliting tensilestrengthof manufacturedsandconcrete,aswellas the microstructural mechanismof theoptimal mixture proportion.Theresultsindicate that when flyashorstee slag powderwas incorporated individualy,the slumpof manufactured sand concrete initiall increasedandthen decreased with increasing admixture content.The early-age (3,7d)compresive strengthof manufacturedsandconcrete graduallydecreased with higherflyash content,whileitfirst increasedand then decreased with increasing stel slag powdercontent.Theoptimalcompressiveand spliting tensilestrengths were achieved at single incorporation rates of 5% for fly ash and 10% for steel slag powder,respectively. Under composite incorporation,the28dcompressveandspliting tensilestrengthsoftheoptimizedmanufacturedsandconcretereached62.4and 2.0 MPa, representing improvements of 11.2% and 5.3% ,respectively,compared to the reference group. The incorporation of anappropriateamountof steel slagpowderorflyash aloneefectivelyrefined themicrostructureof manufactured sand concrete,enhancing itscompactnessandmechanical properties.When both wereused together,theiroptimizingeffects synergized,further improving theperformanceof manufacturedsandconcrete.Thisresearch providesatheoretical foundationfor the engineering application of manufactured sand concrete.
