Abstract：This article introduces Professor HE Shidong's clinical experience in treating idiopathic membranous nephropathy.Professor HEShidong believes that thisdisease ischaracterizedbyadeficiencyatitsrotand excessatthe manifestation，with spleenand kidneydeficiencyas theunderlying pathogenesis，complicatedby pathogenic factors such as damp-heat and blood stasis.Therefore，he proposes a therapeutic approach that focuses on strengthening the spleenand kidney toconsolidate theroot，clearing heatand promoting diuresis to relieve tension inthe sinews，as well as activating blood circulation and unblocking thecolaterals to removeobstructions.In clinical practice，heuses the HE's Moshen Prescription，combining disease and syndrome diferentiation with modifications based on symptoms， which has proven to be effective in delaying disease progression.
