Introduction of LIU Bingfan's Clinical Medication Experience in Treating Chronic Cough

Abstract：Thisarticle summarizes and introduces the clinical experience of renowned Chinese medicine practitionerLIU Bingfan intreatingchroniccough.LIU Bingfanadvocates the holistic treatment principleof "treating the disease by treating theperson，"emphasizing the importance of the spleenand stomach in visceral syndrome diffrentiation.In medication，he focuses on the integrationof the five zang organs，adjusts treatment plans based on the triple energizers theory，and considers the impact of seasonal changes on cough.He emphasizes individualized treatment，selecting appropriate medicines according todiferent constitutions and etiologies.Additionally，hevalues the roleof dietary therapy intreatment，advocating fortheprotectionof the spleenand stomach with everyprescription， centering on the spleen-stomach perspective.This approach reflects the principles of syndrome diferentiation and treatmen in Chinese medicine，highlightingthesynergistic efectofmedicinesandthebody's natural healing abilities.
