Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea Based on Integrated Regulation of Physique，Qi，and Spirit

Abstract：Chinese medicine believes that physique，qi，and spirit are the threebasic elements thatconstitute the human body，and theyareclosely linkedand influence each other.Primary dysmenorhea（PD）is acommon clinical gynecological disease，and itsocurrnceand development involvepathologicalchanges in physique，qi，and spirit. Based on the life view ofthe trinity of physique，qi，and spirit，this paper proposes that during the occurrence and development of PD，malnutrition of thoroughfare andconception vesselsand coagulationand stagnationof uterine colateralsarethe internal etiology and pathogenesis；qi deficiencyof zang-fu organs and disorderof qimovement are the dominant factors in its occurrence and development；and negative emotions such as pain，anxiety，depression， and iritability，which are manifestations of spirit disturbance，can induce and exacerbate the development of PD.

Treatmentadvocates the principlesof treatingphysique，regulatingqi，and stabilizing spirit，and the guiding significance of treating PD through the integrated regulation of physique，qi，and spiritcan provide new theoretical methods and treatment ideas for the treatment of PD with Chinese medicine.

原发性痛经（PD）又称功能性痛经，是指女性在月经前后或经期出现的小腹疼痛，表现为痉挛性疼痛，或者痛及腰骶部，常伴有恶心呕吐、头痛、头晕等症状，病情严重者可出现手足心发凉、冷汗淋漓，甚至晕厥[1-2]。（剩余7483字）
