Abstract：Interdisciplinary studyand research enablestudents to stepout of the constraintsof traditional disciplinaryframeworks，fostering critical thinking，systematic thinking，andcreativethinking.In therapidly changing knowledge-based economy，individuals with interdisciplinary competencies can more quicklyadapt to new environments，technologies，and challenges.Currently，the interdisciplinary integrationof Chinese medicine disciplines isahottopicofconcer insocietyandtheindustry.However，itsresearch foundation is weak，andiis sill in the initial stage of development in terms of institutional mechanisms，academic research，allcation of academic resources，talentcultivation，and disciplinary evaluation，necesitating urgent enhancements ininterdisciplinary Chinese medicine research.In thecontext of the new era，modern scientific interdisciplinarity is taken asa new requirement forthe inheritance and innovative development of Chinese medicine.New strategies areadopted to build on strengthsand improve weakneses，implementing new tasks tocultivate interdisciplinaryand compound talents and fostering the interdisciplinary construction of Chinese medicine universities and colleges.
