Abstract：To introduce Professor LI Feng's clinical experience in treating chronic prostatitis.Professor LI Feng believes thatin Chinese Medicine，thedisease locationof chronic prostatitis isin the lowerenergizerand is closely related tothe liverandspleen.Thekey pathogenesis involvesdampness，blood stasis，and masses，which interactand exacerbateeach other.Clinical treatmentis primarilyguided bydisease diferentiation，with treatment methods adjusted according to the disease stage.In the acute phase，the focus is on clearing heat，draining dampness，invigorating blood，and sothing the liver.Inthechronic phase，theemphasis isonsoothing the liver，invigorating blood，clearing heat，and dissipating masss.The combineduseof the three methods—soothing the liver，invigorating anddissipating， and clearing and drainingguides theprescriptionof medications，with soothing liver throughout the whole process and invigorating bloodas thecore，soasto achieve the goal of clearing dampness heatand removing blood stasis. Additionally，dietary therapy，non-pharmacological treatments，and daily preventive measures are employed to prevent recurrence and progression，resulting in good clinical efficacy.
