Introduction of LI Aocai's Experience in Treating Precancerous Lesions of Gastric Cancer

Abstract：This paper introduces the clinical experience of LI Aocai，a renowned Chinese medicine practitioner， indiagnosingandtreating precancerous lesions of gastriccancer.LIAocai believesthattheprimarypathologicalbasis for the onsetofprecancerouslesions of gastriccancer is thedietary irregularityandthedepresion transforming into heat; heat，toxin，and deficiencyarethecharacteristicsof its pathogenesis，and spleendeficiencyand healthyqi depletion persist through the entire developmentof the disease.Therefore，inthe treatment，emphasis isplaced onreinforcing healthyqi and strengthening the spleen，with eliminating phlegm，resolving blood stasis，and detoxifying as the key measures，andunblockingthe qi movement and discharging fire from the shaoyang as the supplementing therapy.Based onthese，a Jianpi Jiedu Xiehuo Prescription with the effcts of nourishingqi andstrengthening the spleen，eliminating phlegmand resolving blood stasis，and clearing heatand detoxifyingis created.Inclinical practice，modern Chinese medicine pharmacology research results are combined，and anti-tumor medicines are appropriately added.
