Research Progress of Mechanism of Active Ingredients of Chinese Medicinals in Preventing and Treating Ovarian Function Decline

Abstract：Objective：The pathogenesis of ovarian function decline is mainly related to endocrine disorders， inflammatory damage，freeradicals，antioxidant systems，mitochondrial function，abnormalities in telomere and telomerase，apoptosis and autophagy caused by hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis imbalance.Chinese medicinals haveasignificant curativeefectin the prevention andtreatment ofovarian function decline.In recent years，there have bensomeachievements in the basic research on theactive ingredients of Chinese medicinals in aleviating ovarian functiondecline.Inthis paper，the related research on the active ingredients of Chinese medicinals forovarian function decline by in recent years is reviewed，and its mechanism is summarized from theaspects of regulating endocrine system，reducing inflammatoryresponse，alleviating oxidative stress，and improving mitochondrial function，telomere homeostasis，anti-cellautophagyandapoptosis，which can provide a strong theoretical basis for subsequent clinical research and a reference for the development of drugs to prevent and treat ovarian function decline.

卵巢功能下降是临床常见的女性生殖内分泌疾病，属进行性发展疾病，按卵巢功能下降的程度分为卵巢储备功能减退（DOR）、早发型卵巢功能不全（POI）和卵巢早衰（POF）。（剩余18851字）
