Construction and Clinical Application of Theoretical System of Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment in Toxin Therapy

Abstract：Through a comprehensive summary encompasing literature review，academic theories，and clinical applications，it has ben discovered thatthe etiologyand pathogenesis of thetoxicitysyndrome （externall-contracted diseases and rheumatic diseases）are related to toxic pathogens.These can be categorized into eight types：wind toxin， coldtoxin，dampness toxin，heattoxin，dryness toxin，phlegm toxin，blood stasis toxin，and deficiencytoxin.In clinical practice，thecounteracting toxin therapy can be employed for syndrome diferentiation and treatment.By integrating these two concepts，a theoretical system of toxintherapy centeredon Chinese medicine syndrome differentiationand treatment hasbeen established，whichhas been applied inthe clinical treatmentofover 3Odiseases. This system has been proven to have advantages such as definite eficacy and minimal side efects，revealing that the theoretical system of syndrome diferentiation and treatment in Chinese medicine toxin therapy possesses significant academic value and clinical significance.
