Measures the oxygen and nitrogen content in ferrotitanium alloy by the pulsed melting-infraredabsorptionand thermalconductivitymethod

Abstract:Fortheselectionof experimentalparametersformeasuringtheoxygenandnitrogencontent intitanium-ironalloy bypulse melting-infraredabsorptionandthermal conductivitydetection method,astandardcurve was established byalloy steel,the instrument analysis power was set to 5.5kW ,and the sample weighing was between 0.03 and O.05 g,and it was wrappedinatincapsuleandstuffedintoanickelbasket,andtheoxygenandnitrogeninthesamplewerecompletelyreleased underthe jointactionof tin-nickeltwofluxes.The accuracyof theoxygenandnitrogencontent wasverified withtheexisting low-contenttitaniumaloystandard,andtheresultswereaccurate,andthemeasurementabilityofthe methodwas evaluated byMeasurement System Analysis (MSA), which can meet the daily analysis requirements.
