Abstract:Inresponse to the isse oflowrecovery volume of medium-pressure steam fromthe waste heat of No.4 sintering machine in Meishan Steel,acomprehensive diagnosticanalysisof the ring cooler waste heat system wasconducted.It was found thatthemain botlenecksrestrictig steamrecovery were highsystemresistance loss,insuficientair volume, inadequate fan pressurehead,andleakagein theflue gassystem.Through the implementationof multiple measures such as optimizig theliquidcouplingopeningof thecirculating fan,ring colersegregation technology,expanding thesuctionarea of the ring cooler,upgrading thecirculatingfan,applyingacoustic waveashcleaning technology,andaddressingleakage,the systemresistance losswas efectivelyreduced.Asaresult,therecovery volumeof medium-pressure steam from the waste heat of No.4 Sintering machine increased from 67.39kg/t to 81.09kg/t ,with an annual increase of approximately 68,500 tons of steam recovery.
