Research on the automation technology of multi-functional electric energy meter measurementverification

Abstract: Inorder to solve the problems of large quantity,low eficiencyand high accuracyrequirements ofelectric energy meter,the automatic verification technology of multi-functional electric energy meter was studied.The system adopts a three-layer distributed architecture,integrates precision standard sources,automatic wiring and dataacquisition modules, and achieves O.O2 grade verification accuracy through temperature compensation algorithm and error correction model. The application results show that the single-meter verification time is shortened by 60 % ,the daily verification capacity is increased by 163 % ,the personnel demand is reduced by 67% ,and the payback period is2.8 years,which effectively solvesthe effciencyandaccuracyproblems of traditional verification methodsand promotes theintellgentdevelopmentof metrological verification.
