Dynamic Mechanism，Practical Experiences and References of Women's Participation in Mass Sports Events in China -Taking Auntie Basketball Tournament in Guizhou asan Example

Abstract： Women's sports are a crucial aspect of national fitness initiatives. Using research methods such as literature review and field investigation， this research examines the motivational mechanisms driving women's participation in mass sports events in China， taking Guizhou's “Auntie Basketball Tournament” as a case study. It aims to summarize practical experiences and distill insights for future reference.Research indicates that the motivational mechanisms driving women's participation in mass sports events， exemplified by Guizhou's “Auntie Basketball Tournament，” manifest in several dimensions： the overall awakening of value consciousness， the extension and shift of self-interest needs，the effective promotion of policy systems，the diversified leaps in economic development， and the continuous value-adding role of digital technology. Its practical experience primarily encompasses： rooting in spiritual heritage and cultural foundations; upholding the essence of vitality and driving innovation through concepts; anchoring in scenic villages and leveraging tourist landmarks; focusing on folk cultural spaces and promoting through traditional festivals; integrating smart media capabilities and mobilizing digital communication. Drawing insights from these reflections： ensuring women's central role to unleash the vitality of"she-power" in sports; upholding traditional festival platforms to deepen the spiritual essence of“she-culture"; highlighting regional resources to shape the image of “she-brand" events; promoting multistakeholder collaboration to stimulate the tourism impact of “she-economy” and optimizing digital communication systems to create shared narratives around “she-themes."
