Abstract: As a key practice in regional sports integration and development, the joint hosting of sports events in Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao plays a pivotal role in reconciling differences in legal systems and resolving cross-domain conflicts in sports event market development. This research provides a vivid practical example and innovative testing ground for promoting regional sports governance collaboration. Using literature review, rule analysis, case analysis, and comparative research, this study identifies the legal difculties currently facing the market development of sports events in the three regions: diiculties in cross-jurisdictional protection of event logos, obstacles to cross-jurisdictional transfer of event intangible assets, and the dilemma of efficiently resolving cross-jurisdictional disputes. By systematically examining the practical explorations of the 15th National Games in terms of organizational coordination mechanism innovation, cross-jurisdictional coordination and differentiated adaptation of rules, and cross-jurisdictional dispute resolution, and drawing on the core principles of regional rule of law development theory, this study proposes a breakthrough path for legal collaboration in the development of the joint hosting of sports events in the post-National Games era. This research requires a systematic solution based on four dimensions: tool empowerment, rule coordination, mechanism connectivity, and subject interaction.
