Abstracts: The 15th National Games of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the (2 "15th National Games") is not only an in-depth test of the coordinated development capability of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, but also poses a challenge to the traditional legal practice model based on a single jurisdiction. The practice risks of lawyers in cross-border sports events stem from the professonalism of sports legal services, the diversity of the legal relationships involved, and the particularity of cros-jurisdictional operations. In the fields of event commercial development, protection of the rightsand interests of athletes and relevant personnel, cross-border data flow and personal information protection, employment relations arising from cross-border personnel movement, and event dispute resolution mechanisms, high requirements are placed on lawyers'professional capabilities, and considerable practice risks are also inherent.Lawyers shall bear liability for compensation if they cause losses to clients due to their faults. When engaging in the drive to build a leading sports nation and a rule-of-law bay area, lawyers must remain highly vigilant about the inherent risks of cross-border practice and proactively enhance their risk prevention awareness.
