Abstract：Inresponsetotheisueofindividualoutliers inaircrafttesting afecting the determinationofresultsand equipmentstandardization，thispaperanalyzestherelevantpracticesofoutlierhandlingbasedontheesentialcharacteristicsand intemallogicofcomplexexperimentalsamples，stablishesastatisticaldescriptivemodelformultivariatedataandunrelated multivariate testresults，decouping thecomprehensive evaluation problem under multiple constraints，combining specific examples，acomparativeanalysiswasconductedontheaalysisandhandling methodsofoutliersfrom theaspectsof inspection schemes andhistorical informationvalidity，provides aschemefor eliminatinginvalidsamples thatcanutilizeexperimentalinformation，and proposessugestionforimprovingrelevantstandardsandregulationsandconducting in-depth research，itcan provide reference for engineering applications of related systems.
