Abstract:Inresponsetothecurrentissues with theorganizationofwartime equipment maintenanceforces,aforceorganization method basedonmision clusteringanalysisandan improved NSGA-IIalgorithm is proposed.Basedonthe mission clusteringanalysisresultsobtained fromthe maintenancetaskclustering model,amulti-objectiveoptimizationmodel formaintenance forcegrouping was established with theobjectivesof minimizing thetotal maintenance timeandthe standarddeviationof personnelworkload.Forthesolutionmethodofthismulti-objectiveoptimizationmodel,theeliteretentionstrategyand crossoveroperatorof the traditionalNSGA-Ialgorithmwereoptimizedandimproved.TheimprovedNSGA-Ialgorithmwas verifiedthrough theZDTtestfunctionintemsofitssuperiorityinconvergenceandsolutionsetdistribution.Usingthemaintenance misionof acertainarillery group asan example,simulation experiments and model algorithmanalysis were conducted,resultinginasetofrelativelyideal maintenanceforceorganizationschemes.Thisprovidesmethodologicalandtechical support for decision-makers to select schemes based on battlefield requirements and preference diferences.
