Abstract：Thedomainofconstruction-managementinvolvesnumerous informationsystems，informationequipmentandinformationtechnology elements.However，thecuent informationsupervisioncapacityiselativelyweak，which tosomeextent restrictstheadvancementofthedigitaltransformationItisurgenttocarrouttheconstructionofallroundinformationsupervisioncapacitybasedoninformationsystems.Thisarticle focuseson thedemand toachieve fulltraceabilityof busiess processing andtransparentinformationsupervision.It sortsoutthecurrent existing problems intheconstructionprocessof informationsupervisionsystem，proposes informationsupervision goalsandspecificimplementation ideas，further presents the “Transparent Cube”information supervisionsystem，and provides detailed descriptionsfrom aspects such assystem composition，supervisionframework，andmaintchnologies.Finall，atypicalinformationsupervisionprocessisitroducedincombination with the equipment business field.
