航天产品试验数字化总体设计建模方法研究

Abstract:Adigital overalldesign framework foraerospace products testing hasbeen developedusing model-based systems enginering(MBSE)and the U.S.Department of Defense ArchitectureFramework(DoDAF).Using a typical aerospace productasacasestudy,thetestingoveralldesignwasmodeled,andthedesign’srationalitywas verifiedthroughlgical simulation.Theresultsdemonstratethatdigitaloveralldesign method ensurestheconsistencyandaccuracyoftest element expression and transmission,significantly enhancing design efficiency.

航天产品具有涵盖范围广、专业跨度大、技术迭代快、自动化程度高、配套批量小等特点,在对其开展试验考核时,不同产品类型的试验总体设计方式方法均有不同,配套试验环境、配套试验设备也不尽相同,并涉及组织管理结构、论证总体单位、承试单位、研制单位、用户单位等多主体协同工作,且流程之间存在上下游依赖关系。(剩余8487字)
