ABSTRACT： As population aging aggavates， the prevalence of dementia is increasing， seriously impactingthedaily lives of patients.Sensory stimulationtherapy has emergedasasafeand efectivenon-pharmacological intervention for individuals withdementia.Consequently，exploring non-pharmacological treatments for Alzheimer's disease is crucial. By a review ofthe relevant literature，this paper provides an overview of sensory stimulation therapy in terms of theconcept，applications，and efects on dementia，aiming to promote the broader implementationof this therapyin the care of individualswith dementia.
