Key Factors and Improving Paths of Promoting Long-Acting Injections in Communities in Beijing

ABSTRACT： ObjectiveTo investigate the key factors influencing the implementation of long-acting injection-promoting policies and propose efective improving paths.MethodsQualitative interviews were caried out for stakeholders involved in the promotion oflong-acting injections，based onthe consolidated framework for implementation research.Additionally，countermeasures for identified bariers were proposed based on expert recommendations for implementation changes.ResultsA total of 46 health administrators，healthcare workers，and patients in Beijing were interviewed.The study identified several bariers in the strength and qualityof evidence， adaptability，relative advantage，complexityand cost，patient needs and resources，external collaboration， external policiesand incentives，organizational structural characteristics，and self-eficacy.ConclusionsFrom the perspectives and experiences of stakeholders，the promotion of long-acting injections has shown initial success butstillfaces multiple obstacles.Itisrecommended thateforts should be made tocoordinate andadaptpolicies， improve and incentivize relative organizations，and continuously strengthen theadvocacyand education for individuals.
