ABSTRACT：As anew view of life，death with dignity involves the behavior that dominates the interests of individual life.Due to the influences of Chinese traditional culture，profesional ethics，policies and laws，medical service suppliesand other factors，the social implementation of death with dignityhas brought many ethical problems.The improper social implementation of death with dignitywill infringe on citizens’right to lifeand humandignity.In view of this problem，we should payattention to the educationof citizens’view oflife and death， improvethe specific operation procedures of death with dignity，and enhance the supplycapacity of hospice care services in designing the system of death with dignity，so as to beter safeguard and protect the basic rights and interests of citizens.
