房地产企业财务信息化建设中存在的问题及对策分析

【摘  要】随着信息技术的快速发展，各行各业都已经迈向信息化进程，财务管理也是如此。财务信息化对于资金流转额度巨大的房地产企业可谓机遇与挑战并存。论文对新形势下房地产企业财务信息化建设中存在的问题进行了详细分析，并有针对性地提出了解决措施，希望能够对相关领域人员有所帮助。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of information technology， all walks of life have moved towards the process of informatization， so is financial management. Financial informatization is both opportunity and challenge for real estate enterprises with huge amount of capital circulation. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the financial informatization construction of real estate enterprises under the new situation in detail， and puts forward targeted solutions， hoping to help the personnel in the relevant fields.

1 引言

财务信息化对房地产企业来说有着优化资金管理、提升资金运行安全等级的积极作用，但是就目前来说，由于管理者信息化意识不强、信息化专业人才匮乏等，很多房地产企业的财务信息化建设推进缓慢，企业需要对此给予重视，转变工作方式，加快财务信息化的工作进程。（剩余4758字）
