【摘  要】论文对新形势下我国中小企业内部控制与风险管理过程中存在的问题进行了详细分析，并有针对性地提出了对策和建议，希望能够对相关领域人员有所帮助。

【Abstract】This paper makes a detailed analysis of the problems existing in the process of internal control and risk management of small and medium-sized enterprises in China under the new situation， and pointedly puts forward countermeasures and suggestions， hoping to be helpful to personnel in relevant fields.
