中小型科技企业人才激励策略研究

【摘  要】数字经济时代下,中小型科技企业依托各类新技术发展迅速,但也面临招不到人才、留不住人才、无法充分利用人才等问题。基于此,论文分析了中小型科技企业存在的人才问题及成因,认为中小型科技企业可以从工作激励、成果激励与教育培训激励3个方面实施人才激励策略。

【Abstract】In the era of digital economy, small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises have developed rapidly relying on all kinds of new technologies, but they are also faced with problems such as unable to recruit, retain and make full use of talents. Based on this, the paper analyzes the problems and causes of talents in small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises, and believes that small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises can implement talent incentive strategies from three aspects: work incentive, achievement incentive and education and training incentive.
