煤矿安全生产标准化、双重预防机制与安全风险预控管理体系的关系

【摘  要】为梳理煤矿企业的安全管理架构，论文对比了煤矿企业现行的煤矿安全生产标准化管理体系、安全风险分级管控和隐患排查治理双重预防机制、安全风险预控管理体系的主要来源、工作目标和基本要求，研究了三者的特点和内涵联系，有利于辅助企业建立安全管理的内生机制。

【Abstract】In order to sort out the safety management structure of coal mine enterprises， this paper compares the main sources， working objectives and basic requirements of the coal mine safety production standardization management system， the double prevention mechanism of safety risk hierarchical control and hidden danger investigation and treatment， and the safety risk pre-control management system currently being implemented in coal mine enterprises， and studies the characteristics and connotation of the three， which is conducive to assisting enterprises to establish the endogenous mechanism of safety management.
