Abstract：Collgefraud，asatypicalinteractivecrime，hasbenconstantlyevolvinginforalongwiththeevoutionofcommunicationtechnologyandthe network environment.This paper systematicallyreviewsthedevelopmentalprocessofcampus fraud， revealingitsprominentcharacteristics.Basedonthis，thepaperidentifiescoreissueswithinthetrendsofcampusfraud，derives goveranceinspirationsuchasconcepttransformations，focusreturn，andin-deptheducationandconstructsanewanti-fraudgovernance system of “education and prevention integration- digital inteligence empowerment".
