Analysis of the Formal Aesthetics of Han Dynasty Imperial Ceremonial Robes from a Western Aesthetic Perspective

Abstract：AstheprototypeofimperialceremonialrobesthroughoutChinesehistory，theHanDynastyimperialrobesembodypro foundulturalconotationsandartisticharacteristics.However，inteabsenceofcomparativestudiesbetweenCineandWest ernaesthetics，theuniquenessandvalueofHanDynastyimperialrobesintheaestheticsoftheentirenationweredifculttobe fullydemonstrated.Thisstudyanalyzes theaestheticformofHanDynastyimperialrobes basedontheirstructuralcomposition andproposesresearchperspectivethatappliespriciplesofformalaestheticstoinvestigatetheiraestheticfeatures.Thisapproach providesamultidimensionalmethodforunderstandingtraditionalatireart.Bynalyzingtheformalbeautythrough“point，line， surface”，andspatialmodelingtechniques，thestudyaims toestablishareferenceframeworkfortheaestheticsofHanDyastyimperialrobes，terebyachievingthegoalofpromotingChineseacademic traditionsandfacilitatingthemodernandinnovativedevelopment of traditional clothing.
