Abstract：Thecity-levelindustryeducationconsortiumhasprovidedabrand-newperspectiveandopportunityfortheinovative developmentoftherail tansitorderclasss.Thispaperanalyzes the problemsandtheircauses existing inthesingle-pointcooperativetrainingof theoriginalrailtransitorderclasses.Meanwhile，takingthe“RailTransitOrderClass”jointlyestablishedby thecolegeandNingboUrbanRailTransitGroupCo.，Ltdasanexample，thepaperexplorestheinnovationoftalentcultivation throughsystemeconstructionIsoftgolftalntculiation，itisessarytoeciselyeposiioteodgeils andqualitiesthatrailtransitalentsshouldpossssinlightoftheactualdemandsofthecity’sindustrialdevelopment.Intsof theconstructionofthecurrculumsystem，itisnecessarytonanethedeepintegrationandonnectionbetweencollgeandenterprisecourses，sothatthecontentsudentsleaismorecloselyrelatedtoactualworkingscenarios.Intermsofassessmentand management，enterprisesshuldbeinvoledinthemanagementoftalentcultivation，withlenientadmisionandstrictgraduation requirements，tostimulatestudents'subjectiveinitiativeinlearing.Intersoftheconstructionoftheteachingstaff，weaimto builda“dual-qualified”teaching teamthatisbothproficientintheoryandrichinpracticalexperience，providingasolidtalent support for the transformation of the order classes.
